BirdNook currently ships to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery in the U.S. is 2–7 days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages
