Return and Refund Policy

14-day returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories (camera unit, solar panel, cables and mounting parts).

How to start a return

Email us at borjaflores629@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or defective items

If your BirdNook arrives damaged or is not working, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no cost until it has been prepared for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible at borjaflores629@gmail.com. Orders that have already shipped follow the return process above.
